I started Elevation Ally for one simple reason: I want to empower emerging young women to reach their full potential in their career and in their life outside the office. To me, that means giving them tools and the confidence to move forward with their career aspirations.
Why is this such a passion for me? My career has taken me on a tour through leadership positions in blue-chip companies: I was Communications Director for NASA, Head of Global Communications for SalesForce Marketing Cloud, and a Global Communications Executive for Emerson. Those experiences inspired me to share what I’ve learned through a time proven method that helps people get inspired, motivated, and ready to make a positive impact.
The Truth Be Told blog is an extension of that passion — it’s a place to share insights and stories that will give emerging young women the tools they need to create the career and life they desire. You’ll find tangible ways to build your skills and your confidence, expand your network, and more.
